STEPHEN ALLAIRE: Ruggiero, Ziogas and Allaire handles all aspects of
elder law, including Medicaid, Title XIX, Connecticut Homecare
Program for Elders, Veterans Administration benefits, special needs
trusts, living wills and all programs that might be available to our
clients.

One of the greatest problems our clients face is the tremendous
stress from not knowing where to turn. It's a nightmare to try to
figure out which government programs might be available and how to
qualify. We take a comprehensive holistic approach to every case.
We have social workers, Department of Social Service workers,
lawyers and paralegals that can look at every aspect of a client's
need for care and financial and legal help.

is a maze out there, which is like a jumbled puzzle.

STEPHEN ALLAIRE: And we try to put that puzzle together for the client
between care, Title XIX, Veterans benefits and any other source of
benefits that might be available to them.

With each new client we're trying to find a way to give them the
care they need at home while preserving their assets. To do this we
have a life care plan. That life care plan involves social workers,
lawyers and other paralegals working to get them the care they need
and to help them solve the puzzle that they're faced with, with all
the agencies available to give them care.

When we are serving your family, we take hold of the entire process
from beginning to end. We will handle that problem and not leave
you to wonder how to solve any particular part of it.
